Terms of use

These terms apply when you install or use LoadAlarm (the “extension”), published by SHEVCO LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the extension, you agree to them.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

What the extension does

The extension clicks a refresh button that you choose on websites that you set up, reads the number of loads shown, and alerts you when it changes. It works inside your own browser, on sites you’re already signed in to.

Your responsibilities

  • Follow your load boards’ rules. Load boards and broker portals have their own terms of service, and some limit automated refreshing or how often you can refresh. You’re responsible for using the extension in a way those terms allow, including choosing a refresh interval they permit. We aren’t responsible if a site limits, suspends, or closes your account.
  • Use the extension only on accounts you’re authorized to use, and only for lawful purposes.
  • Don’t use the extension to overload, disrupt, or get around the security of any website.
  • Keep your phone alert details, such as your Telegram bot token and ntfy topic, private.

No affiliation

The extension isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any load board, broker, or carrier. Names such as DAT, Truckstop, C.H. Robinson, J.B. Hunt, RXO, and Arrive Logistics are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Free trial and subscriptions

  • New users get a free trial of 7 days, one per person. After the trial, monitoring requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The price is shown before you pay.
  • You can cancel any time from the extension’s settings (Plan, then Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. Their terms also apply to your payment.
  • We generally don’t give refunds for partial billing periods. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll review it. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Alerts are a convenience

The extension depends on your computer, browser, internet connection, and the websites you monitor, all of which can change or fail. Websites can change their layout and stop the extension from working until you set it up again. Phone alerts depend on third-party services. Don’t rely on the extension as your only way to find time-sensitive freight.

Disclaimer

The extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that it will work with every website, be error-free, or be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost loads, or lost business, arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the extension in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update the extension and these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we update the date above and note it in the extension’s update notes. You can stop using the extension at any time by removing it. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
